Jim Shaughnessy

Jim Shaughnessy is a true legend among railroad authors and photographers. He began photographing railroad subjects in the late 1940's, continuing his work into the 21st century, having been published widely in the railroad press during that time. In 1987, Jim was honored by the prestigious Railway & Locomotive Historical Society with its lifetime achievement award in photography.
