This
Proto:87 project began in late summer 2002. As it takes shape, a
junction between the Boston & Maine and a smaller road will emerge,
edging along the perimeter of a small mill town of 10,000 or so
Vermonters. It will appear just as it would have during June of
1953--had the town of Dalton Mills ever really existed. We'll be
striving for prototypical accuracy and realism in every area we can,
from locomotives and rolling stock, down to the correct style and color
